1. Introduction

2. Orders and Communication

After placing an order, we may contact you via:

This is to confirm:

  • Delivery method

For large orders, a formal agreement may be issued and must be accepted before processing.


3. Proforma Invoice & Payment

  • A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued after agreement on price and terms.

  • Payment must be made within 2–3 working days after receiving the invoice.

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.


4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 working days, depending on quantity.

  • Shipping documents will be sent via email after dispatch.

  • Original documents may be sent via DHL or FedEx.


5. Shipping Methods

Customers can choose their preferred delivery method:

Air Freight

  • Fastest delivery method

  • Higher cost

  • Suitable for urgent orders

Sea Freight

  • Cost-effective for large shipments

  • Delivery time: 12–20 days depending on destination

Truck Delivery (EU Only)

  • Available within Europe

  • Delivery time: up to 7 days


6. Pricing

All prices depend on:

  • Quantity

  • Shipping method

  • Destination

Final pricing is confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.


7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipment has been processed.

  • Refunds or discounts depend on agreed terms.

  • Any disputes must be communicated immediately.


8. Product Availability

  • Cancel orders due to stock limitations

  • Refuse orders that do not meet our business conditions


9. Documentation

We provide all necessary shipping and transaction documents.
However, we reserve the right to withhold sensitive supplier information for security reasons.


10. Appointments & Visits

Physical visits are strictly by appointment only.

  • Booking may take 4–8 weeks
